Questions
Can I use AstraWin for free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and needs no card. Pro is there if you want more.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings, in two taps. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for and you're not charged again. You can change your mind until then.
What about the 14-day right of withdrawal?
You can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason: press Withdraw from contract in Settings. Pro ends at once and we refund everything you paid, or, if you ticked Start Pro now at checkout, what you paid minus a share for the days you already had it. Section 7 of the terms has the details.
Is VAT included?
Yes. €9.99 a month is the full price, VAT included.
Who handles the payment?
Viva, a licensed EU payment institution. You enter your card on Viva's page: your card details never reach AstraWin, which keeps only the card's brand and last four digits.
What if a payment fails?
We try your card again 1, 3 and 7 days later, and you keep Pro in the meantime. If every try fails, your account goes back to the free plan.
